I have problems with my headphones, yesterday around 10/11 PM my THX Spatial - Synapse stop working, windows detect sound but i don't heard anything. (Adding file to show how its work) Im using Windows 11 (mayby this is problem) Im reinstall software like 3 times Im using w11 around week and its never happend before

    I have the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition (not the black one) and I just started experiencing the exact same thing. I've noticed that when it happens, the hardware mute button and other buttons on the audio control module don't work as if it's locked up. The mute button is still lit though. The only fix for me is to unplug the usb and plug it back in. This is either due to a recent Razer firmware update that was applied or a windows update but I hope Razer figures it out soon because it's pretty annoying.
