Having troubles with Audio kicking out continuously.



While using the Razer headset, the audio will work fine for a time (maybe 10-20 mins depending) before stopping all sound input/output without returning. This will happen when running various program solo or together: Discord, OBS, Various Game applications. Typically exiting out of these programs the sound will come back. The problem will repeat itself if I start up program(s) again. When the sound stops, if I try running Windows Media Player the application will state that it cannot find the Sound Card. If I unplug the Razer Headset without removing the software and use my older headset, there are no problems or audio failures at all. The problem appears to be with the Razer Headset and/or software. I did get the Razer headset to work for a time by disabling all other sound devices but after an update with Razer the problem came back. I have tried SO many fixes over the weeks suggested for this headset, for Windows, sound cards and I'm at a loss of how to fix this.



Everything is up to date.

I've reinstalled all sound software.

OS: Window 7
Have the same issue with my brand new Razer Kraken Kitty.....always lose the connection from time to time, especially when i play a game. THX is not working. I already have the second Kraken Kitty, because the first made the same issue and razer told me it´s an "Hardware Problem". With the second one i had again issues....I tried EVERYTHING, searched in so many Forums, made deinstalllation, installation, BIOS Update, tried with all my USB ports, EVERYTHING. Its not working....also not with the "solution" of Razer Support. All of my other (really cheap and shitty) Headsets are working perfectly and make also a better sound... Now i received today AGAIN the answer from razer, that its again .... an "Hardware Problem". They will send me a new one, i will not receive my money back because i am not in that two weeks guarantee anymore. So this will be now the third Kraken Kitty since December 2020 -.- I am sorry to say, but i dont think you will find a solution for that Problem....at least not here in this Forum. There are so many posts already about exacly this Problem and there are no answers... I am so disappointed...
