Razer Kraken Tournament edition headsets left side isnt working. i am pretty sure its the wires fault but not sure, the wires keep tangling till the rubber part of the wire comes out. then if i apply pressure to that part the left earbud starts working again but only for a few minutes. now its not working again and know its not my fault because other people have the same problem. Someone please tell me how to fix this and if can not be fixed i ask for a refund because i didnt do anything except waste my money (if i cant fix it)
