Razer Kraken tournament edition mic doesen't works

Hi! So, basically all that happened is that i just got the headset i bought a few days ago and when i try to use them on my pc the microphone doesent works but when i switch to phone it does, also on razer synapse it recognizes them since when i able the option to hear them i can do it. Anyone knows why this happens? Thanks for your time!
