Razer Kraken Tournament edition microphone is very quite

Hey,

MY Kraken tournament edition microphone is very quite even though all the settings are set to 100%.



I sent it to be checked with the local re-seller they said there is no hardware issue.



Any thing I can make this work I really don't want to purchase a different set.

Do you get the same results when using the 3.5mm jack and when using the USB audio controller? Screenshots of your Synapse and Windows mic settings would help us help you.
