Razer Kraken Tournament Edition - NO THX, NO EQ

Hi All, I hope you can help me as I saw others posting very similar issues earlier. I recently purchased a Kraken TE, really like the design and the overall experience. The big problem with it though that its extra functions are useless after a couple of minutes installing Synapse 3. I setup everything as needed, I can turn THX on and off without any issues, I can change EQ settings well. But after a while, full randomly, these functions stop working. The sound quality goes worse, THX can not be switched and EQ does not change at all. Very frustrating. The issue goes away after a synapse reinstall, but it comes back after a restart or a random period of time. I have already switchted USB ports from 3.1 to 2.0 but the problems remains. PLEASE HELP, I do not want to send back the product.

So I have reinstalled Windows completely. It was working for day, now I lost control over EQ and no THX again! FIX THIS!

One more thing. Now I clicked "Repair" on the synapse install window and it works again. Any suggestions?

Whats WRONG WITH YOU Razer support?! It is kinda frustrating how you do not care about this! CAN YOU PLEASE ANSWER?!

Hi! I have Krakens and the only thing i can say - it is just a headache headset in terms of soft. Can you pls check the following info in case you have similar problem: enter command Msinfo32 - file - export (name it and put a way) - save it. After this open, scroll down to windows application errors. If you will see there - THX service application crash, caused by ntdll.dll file - there is nohing you can do. Looks like this THX is not compatible with windows 1909 and higher versions and this causes the problem. Nothing will help to fix this except reboot. If not so, try some standart actions which support suggests like cleaning registry, reinstalling drivers and reinstalling synapse. After i provided support with a video after full clean reinstall of windows 2 times and without any programs on PC except syn3 and 2 games + turned off in bios MB audiocard - they answered this is a 3rd party soft issue or windows corrupted files

Hi There! Thanks for replying. Unfortunately I have done a complete windows reinstall already bit this did not help either... Whenever I realize that EQ and THX is gone, I do a repair in the software itself and it works again... this must be driver issue, and Razer should react!
