Razer Kraken Tournament Edition not working for PC

Hi, I purchased a Razer Kraken tournament edition today and have been trying to get it working for the last 6 hours and I am going insane. I can barely hear any audio, despite everything being on max volume on my computer. - I have tried re-installing Razer Synapse 3 times - I have re-installed all the drivers 5 times - I have set my default communication and default device as THX spacial - I have set everything in my volume mixer to 100% - I have done everything you could possibly do on the volume remote thing. This includes putting it on game volume and chat volume (I even tried the in between), I have pressed the + button on the volume at least a thousand times, and I've tried everything I've mentioned before with the THX button that turns on a green light on and off multiple times. Please help.

      OK - this worked for me. I literally hadn't noticed the small volume control on the wire (a foot below the headset). I turned that volume up, and it worked! Geez....

      Try to use Razer Audio Controller - Game, and adjust Synapse to be Game Mode. You can adjust in Mixer also to what you'd want on output for applications/games.
