Razer Kraken Tournament Edition pitch change with volume

Hello, I bought the Kraken TE's and I was pretty satisfied with them... Until... Yeah I noticed the pitch changing with different volume levels, and that isn't really too bright when im playing rhythm games and such. Listening to my favourite songs is also a pain, because the pitch is just too high. (Just so you know <high volume=high pitch>, and I tend to listen to music pretty loud.) So I just wanted to know if there is any way to change the pitch functionality, if it's a flaw/broken or its just normal for the headphones to have that. I'm actually pretty sad. thanks, - deathy

Hi there! Are you still having the same issue? When did you start to notice it? Also, does the issue happen when the headset is used with the USB Audio Controller?

Yes, I am. I noticed it basically right out of the box. I use the USB Audio Controller 24/7, although the issue still persists with the use of the headphone jack. I’m slowly getting used to it, but man is it hard. I am starting to think that it is intended, but man rhythm games are impossible. - thank you for your reply, deathy.
