Hello there,
I've recently had my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition cable chewed to bits and peices by our lion lop (bunny). I was hoping to be able to find a replacement cable on the site but have failed to do so.
When I write in the serial number on the support page, it says I'm not eligible for free support but all I want to know is if there's a possibility to get a new cable.
To summarize:
- Cable destroyed
- Looking for a spare cable (seems fairly easy to open up the ear cup and replacing it, but I'd like the same cable with the controller and splitter).
- I have purchased the product from a retailer in Sweden and I am no longer within the warranty, therefor I have to buy a new cable or headset.
So I figured I'd give it a shot here. Is there any possibility for me to buy a replacement cable or do I simply have to throw the headset out?
