Razer Kraken Tournament Edition sound is too high/muffled

Hello! I just got my new headset and it sounded okay until I tried it ingame, then I realized that the sound is way too high, shooter games are almost unplayable with it. My bass is on minimum, I tried a few custom audio EQ that people shared on the internet but none of them made any change about the muffled audio. Any idea how could I fix this?

    Does it only happen when playing a specific game? Have you updated its firmware? Let's fix the issue first by performing the steps from this link. Hope it helps.
