razer kraken tournament edition thx spatial audio...

making games like csgo, modernwarfare etc. sound super muffled and crackly. This makes the thx spatial audio part(A key selling point of this headset) unusable. Has anyone found a solution to this other than just turning thx off?

This usually happens when you have other audio enhancements enabled, so please temporarily turn them off. By any chance, do you have Windows Sonic installed?

How do I check to see if Windows sonic is installed and what enhancements are you talking about?

For me it shows spatial sound off instead of windows sonic

Do you mind putting up a screenshot of that and of your Windows sound settings? I'd like to see which devices, are available and which are currently enabled/disabled.

I contacted support reinstalling drivers fixed the issue thank you :)
