Razer Kraken Tournament Edition, THX Surround

Hello! I purchased the headsets in December 2022 and installed Windows today. I installed the thx spatial driver and when I enter the activation code it doesn't work anymore. it gives me an error on the code I found in the box.

You’ve already activated it, so you cannot use it once again. When activated it’s bound to your RazerID account, so you need to just login to your account.

I am logged in with my account, but every time I open the PC, the activation window appears.
