I have this headset and I'm seeing in 2024 that THX needs an activation key to use the 7.1 surround sound. Is my headset eligible for that? or is it already integrated into my headset. I've seen some things about thx being integrated but I'm not too sure. I would also like some help to register my product, but I bought it years ago and don't remember when I bought it. All I have is a serial number. If I need to activate it, is there anyone from the official support team can help me get an activation key to activate my headset?

+1It uses THX Spatial Audio, not 7.1 surround.
It’s somehow “integrated” - but you still need Synapse to be installed. Then you can turn on/off THX Spatial via USB controller (which is included with the headset) and configure THX Spatial settings through Synapse (no activation needed).
