Razer kraken tournament volume control unrecognized USB device

Hello I've recently bought the Razer kraken tournament with volume control. At first it worked fine but 2 weeks ago after unpluging and repluging my USB volume control, I keep on getting 'USB device not recongnized'. Tried a lot of ways to fixit but in vain. Anyone knows how to fix it? I'm on WIN10. Thanx

    Hi there! Does the same issue happen when you plug it into another PC or port?

    Yes! it seems to be missing some device manager or something...
