Razer Kraken Ult gives me a popping noise with THX on

I enjoy THX on but just in the last day or two THX just gives me a popping sound when ever i play any game.I have now had to turn THX off because its killing my left ear, the popping is mostly from the left side of the headset. the left side has the THX button and volume on it. now with THX off i dont get a popping or crackling sound, but its not as enjoyable as before with THX on.

i really need a way to fix this.

i have

reinstalled razer synapse
used another USB port
restarted my pc
updated my drivers
updated windows 10
updated nvidia drivers
