A few days ago the left side of my headset became quieter than the right side of my headset. Everything I’ve tried so far does not seem to work and was wondering if anyone might have an answer for me.😅😊
Does the same behavior happen while plugging the headset into another USB port or computer? If using a desktop PC, please connect the headset to its rear USB ports. Also, bypass or refrain from using a USB hub and link the Razer Kraken Ultimate straight to your computer. Let me know how it went.
