Hi everyone, I've recently recived as a present a new razer kraken ultimate headset.

I mostly use it for the ps4, before I had the razer kraken 7.1 chroma V1.

I'm fully aware of the not total compatibility between razer (non dedicated) headsets and the ps4 but, my old headset at least kept the colors I set on pc even when used it on ps4, the razer kraken ultimate doesn't seems to do that and doesn't even seems to save the equalizer modification I made via PC.



Is this normal,and so I have to use my headset whitout any "customization" on ps4 or there's something that I can do? The headset works very well in every aspect, audio is good, mic (as I've been told) is good and stereo sound seems to be even better than the old one, I just don't understand why my old headset kept the colors and this one not, and if it's as it is supposed to be!
