Razer Kraken Ultimate Disconnecting Issue

Hi Razer Support  ​@Razer.Aero ​@Razer.sushi.boi ​@Razer.Zionzedd 


I have a Razer Kraken Ultimate, but Disconnecting randomly when in use.
So I need to physically unplug and then plug it back to get it back to normal

I’ve also tried installing and uninstalling Razer Synapse but I’m still trouble. I’ve tried it on both my laptop and my friends computer, but the problem still persists.

Is there a definitive solution to fix this issue? I’ve read through the threads, but I haven’t found a solution.
