Razer Kraken Ultimate Headset continous disconnecting/reconnecting | Razer Insider

Hello guys,

so my Kraken Ultimate just started randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. This has been going on for 3 Days now. Sometimes its just a disconnect and reconnect and it works again and other times it happens like 10 times in a row with an annoying clicking sound. I opened my Audio Device overview and could watch it dissapear and reappear continously. Everything worked fine up until a few days ago. I am on Windows 11 btw. It also started playing some small silent beeps, glitchy-ish beeps randomly. I have seen many posts about this connection problem but couldnt find a solution for me. I tried everything, reinstalled the drivers, reinstalled synapse, tried it without synapse. All the other devices are working fine. Only the lighting stops for a second everytime the headset reconnects on both keyboard and mouse. Is this a Synapse Software problem?

Does the issue happen while the headset is connected to another USB port or computer? Check if the issue is only happening with Windows 11. Also, try disabling or closing the Razer Synapse 3 and see if the behavior continues. I’ll be locking this thread now.
