Razer Kraken Ultimate Issues

My razer kraken ultimate mixer keeps on not recognizing my applications. I sometimes have to even switch to the headset itself from Razer THX. I hear popping from it occasionally as well and I have only had this problem with this headset. My Kraken 7.1s have never had this problem on Synapse 2.0. Anyone else having this issue?

    I have similiar problem. Also had 7.1s before on synapse 2. In my case, update from synapse3 is breaking the sound, theres random popping with every sound played. Currently sitting with headset just plugged into(without synapse 3 Kraken ultimate update).
