Razer Kraken Ultimate Keeps disconnecting

Hi,

Few weeks I updated from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4 and I made insanely huge mistake. This update introduced a problem with my headset razer kraken ultimate constantly disconnecting and making my sound driver hang and restart it self. I could ignore this issue if it wouldnt impact the microphone not being recognized by discord for example. Ive been troubleshooting for weeks at this point, i tried the multiple things turning off the RGB, Reinstalling Synapse, reinstallign drivers, trying other USBs nothing helped it still randomly happends and its also freezing my games while i play and i lose the mic as well. For that i had to create a script that refreshes the sound drivers which takes like a second freezes everything as well but i have to alt tab constantly to do that which is really not a good way to go around this just to be able to use the headset. My speakers dont have any issues, (i dont have any other headset to test) and keyboard + mouse are okay even tho they are so much older then the headset (blackwidow x and lancehead TE) currently i dont use synapse and it reduced the issue a little bit but i lost all the RGB so i had to workaround that too with 3rd party software. 

I would love to see a way to fix this or do something about this cause this is annoying having to spend over 100€ on a headset for it to randomly stop working just cause razer updates their software.

The update may have cause the Razer Kraken Ultimate’s disconnects and sound driver crashes due to driver conflicts, faulty THX Spatial Audio integration, or insufficient USB power. The updated Synapse 4 may not correctly handle existing drivers, leading to the headset rapidly cycling on/off.
