After factory resetting pc microphone no longer works outside of synapse or is extremely quite, I've had this problem before and just went to download the drivers off the main website but when checking this time doesn't seem to be a tab for razer kraken ultimate anymore. could someone point me in the right direction or let me know how else to go about fixing this issue?
