Razer Kraken Ultimate Pc Freezing on MSFS 2020
Hi, after months of not understanding why windows 10 keep freezing while playing Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, uninstalling everything and reinstalling every program and hardware one by one I discovered that the cause is my Kraken Ultimate headphones, when I installed the program and the drivers for the mic the problems started, impossible to play due to the freezing of the pc impossible to unlock except with forced shutdown!
At this point I had to uninstall the headphones and drivers and the PC no longer had any problems.
Is there any way to avoid this issue?
It bothers me to buy new headphones after the money I spent!

ShotguntonyDoes the issue happen while using other applications on your computer? Have you checked if it happens when the headset is plugged into another USB port or computer with/without Razer Synapse installed? Check if the behavior happens while the headset is connected to your computer with Razer Synapse is closed or disabled.
