I’ve been using this headset for a year or two and haven't had any issues. Although after booting up my pc as normal its started doing a popping sound and would disconnect and reconnect and freeze up my games, I figured it might be my wire but after flinging it around and bending it I couldn't get it to replicate the issue. I’ve tested it on my PlayStation 5 and after a 3-hour game session didn't have the issue once, I’ve plugged it into the back of my PC, and it didn't change anything. I’ve been looking around the forums trying to figure this out, messing with the power options of USB, flashing my bios, fresh install of windows, reinstalling drivers/synapse and not allowing apps to take control of the headset none of it worked. I tried looking for a firmware download for this headset and apparently it doesn’t exist. I'm hoping someone can help me resolve this whether it be a good Samaritan, or someone from razer as it's a very annoying issue and am on the verge of just buying a different headset.

Hello there,
Your headset seems to be working just fine since there’s no problem using it with a console. Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your Kraken Ultimate’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
