As the title states, I've noticed that my Razer Kraken Ultimate has been disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly. I've only had this headset approximately six months, and I've been EXTREMELY careful. This thing hasn't even left my desk for more than two minutes at a time.



The issue doesn't appear to be caused by a loose wire. The frequency of the disconnecting isn't correlated with any particular angle of the cable, and instead appears to be almost completely random. The disconnecting doesn't vary in different applications, so I don't think it's due to any application setting.



I've tried reinstalling my audio drivers multiple times, I've ensured that the Power Management on all relevant USB ports doesn't allow the PC to turn off the device.



I'm not sure if this is related, but I can no longer select THX Spatial - Synapse as my audio output device, even though the Kraken Ultimate comes with THX Spatial audio.
