Razer Kraken Ultimate randomly disconects and reconects

Im having an issue with my headset (Razer Kraken Ultimate) for a few days, it randomly disconects for a few seconds and then reconects, and its happening more and more often. I was researching about this, and it may be a software issue that i dont know how to solve. Ive tried to update drivers and to prevent my pc from disconecting usb ports.

    I can't offer any help but I'd love if someone else could. I'm having this issue with multiple headsets. I have 2 pair of Nari Essential wireless headphones both rapidly disconnecting and reconnecting with no apparent cause. It makes it so difficult to speak to people or run any programs that rely on audio function.

      metro pasa lo mismo con mis auriculares Razer Kraken kitty, se me desconectan y vuelven a conectar, pense que era un problema del cable (ya que cuando movía el cable volvían a funcionar) pero ahora no estoy tan segura y que eso solo pasa a veces
