Razer Kraken Ultimate repeatedly disconnecting

My Kraken headset makes a pop noise and disconnects, followed by it reconnecting a second after. I've tried almost every fix article and yet no results. It's very often and very annoying. The cord is in perfect condition too. How do I fix this??

Not only have I noticed that there have been multiple threads on this, I haven't seen a genuine fix. Is this common?????

Did you already try the steps here? If that didn't help, PM the serial number so I can check for available firmware updates and other workarounds to address the issue. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
