Razer Kraken Ultimate TE - THX malfunction
Hello there,
Having a couple issues with my new Razer Kraken Ultimate TE headset.
1. Windows 10 is recognizing Razer Kraken and THX Spatial Synapse as 2 separate audio devices.
2. The THX button on the back of the head does not switch between Stereo or Surround.
This began like 2 days ago. Prior to then, Razer Kraken was 1 audio device and the button on the back would switch between THX and Stereo; and when I opened the "Mixer" tab in Synapse 3, I could see the button on the headset switching the button in Synapse.
Now, there is some sort of mismatch that has happened.
Please help!

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your concerns here. Please collect your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs before proceeding with the clean re-installation. Save the files via Google Drive or to another online drive account. Should the issue persist, please send me a PM together with the link of your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs. Let's continue from there.
