Hiya so I'm making a post here to report some disappointing performance from my headphones. So normally I'd just use my headphones with their normal sound profile but they sound pretty flat and boring so I've been trying to use the THX spatial audio that is so heavily advertised but most of the time it just sounds so bad. Sometimes I can get it to work with windows 10. I set "THX Spatial - Synapse" as my default playback device, enable it in synapse and then load my game. Doing this though makes all the audio just sound basey and awful. Toggling the application from surround to spatial and back to surround fixes this problem but only temporarily as if I come back to the game later, razer synapse just stops recognising any applications in the mixer what so ever. I've tried switching to other sound profiles, unplugging and replugging my head set and restarting the program but nothing. It only really works when I reboot my pc and even then it's still a pain to get the THX to sound anything close to okay. So what the hell Razer? Is my product just faulty or is Razer synapse just entirely broken and buggy. I've had this happen with all my modern kraken headsets and I'm even on a new computer so it can't just be a one time fault, these are consistent problems. I'm very much tempted to just try and get a refund at this rate cause this is so awful.
