Hi everyone. So I have this headset for about 4 years, and onde day, when I was playing CS GO, i noticed that i wasn't hearing foot steps from a specific direction, but only in front of me, and in my back.

So I went to razer synapse, and noticed that it wasn't giving me the option of 7.1 surround audio anymore.

I've tryied to activate it on windows, but i'm can't.



Do u guys have any suggestion?
