Greetings to all. I use Kraken v2 headphones. I am facing a strange problem alone. The headset shuts down and turns on again. The electricity is completely gone and comes back to itself. All the lights are off and on again. I experience this mostly when I touch the top of the cord of the headset. And I can't turn my head properly because it will close. I would be glad if you can help. There is no deformation in the headphones, the box and everything looks clean.
