Razer kraken v2 chroma closing and opening problem

Greetings to all. I use Kraken v2 headphones. I am facing a strange problem alone. The headset shuts down and turns on again. The electricity is completely gone and comes back to itself. All the lights are off and on again. I experience this mostly when I touch the top of the cord of the headset. And I can't turn my head properly because it will close. I would be glad if you can help. There is no deformation in the headphones, the box and everything looks clean. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In addition, it happens when I touch the cable I circled in black or when I turn my head.

    Based on your description, this is definitely a cable issue. The contacts inside are highly likely loose if not detached. PM me the serial number of your headset so I can look into your RMA options.
