I own a Razer Kraken V2 headset, and unfortunately the microphone has stopped working. The rest of the headset is still in good condition.
I wanted to ask if it is possible to purchase a replacement microphone separately, or if there are any official repair or replacement options available.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side, such as the serial number or proof of purchase.

Upon checking, the replacement microphone for your headset is currently unavailable, and there is no estimated date for when it will be back in stock. We recommend checking this link periodically to see if it becomes available: https://www.razer.com/shop/replacement-parts. You may also want to search online at other retailers to see if they have it in stock. Also, to set your expectations as well, currently, Razer does not provide repairs for peripheral devices.
