Since it happens on multiple devices with and without the splitter, you have already ruled out the PC and the splitter cable, so the fault is almost certainly inside the headset itself. The most common cause on the Kraken V2 is a broken wire in the cable right where it enters the left earcup, or a failed solder joint on the right driver. Try gently flexing small sections of the cable while audio is playing — if the right side crackles or briefly comes back to life, you have found the break. Also check the Windows sound balance in the sound settings once, just to rule out a software balance issue. If flexing does nothing and the balance is centered, it is a hardware failure, so if the headset is still under warranty I would open a support case with Razer rather than opening it up yourself.

Hey there, @IFennikI

I understand that your Razer Kraken V2's right speaker is no longer producing audio, even after testing it on multiple devices and using it both with and without the splitter. To help narrow down the cause, could you please confirm the following:

  • When did the issue first start occurring?
  • Was the headset dropped, pulled, or subjected to any physical damage before the issue began?
  • Does the right speaker produce any sound at all (even crackling, static, or intermittent audio)?
  • Have you tried gently adjusting or wiggling the cable near the earcup and audio jack to see if the sound briefly returns?
  • Is the microphone and left speaker still functioning normally?

Also, please send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can check its details in our system and assist you further. Thank you!
