Razer kraken V2 wont detect on synapse
I've made a previous post re my headset mic not working, which has now been resolved. I also sent a question over razer supports email. Unfortunately, as live chat and phone calls aren't available in the UK, I can't speak to any of them immediately and have waited nearly 24 hours with no response.
My headset will not show on razer synapse 2.0. I have uninstalled all synapse software, disconnected and reconnected my headset multiple times etc. On my drivers, it only shows Realtek High Definition Audio under Sound, Video and Game Controllers and for Audio Inputs and Outputs, it has Mic In At Rear Panel (Pink) (Realtek High Definition Audio) and Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)
Also, in playback under sound settings, sound will only come through my headset if I set it to my speakers (which is the only option).
Please can I have some help?
