Hello, it is asking for an activation code from the site, I registered the product with my Razer ID, it did not provide an activation issue and said that the headset is not suitable, but my headset is 7+1, how can I use it?

Razer Kraken V3 comes with THX Spatial, not 7.1 surround.
It’s already available in Synapse 3 software, so no activation needed.
Why didn't I receive the 7.1 activation code?
