Razer Kraken V3

My razer kraken v3 doesn’t let me enable certain things when I updated to synapse 4, for example when I switch to thx spatial audio it shows that I switched to the thx spatial audio but it doesn’t apply, and every thx spatial audio demo shows that it’s still in stereo, along with windows sound properties. I’ve followed the razer guide to apply thx spatial audio, along with factory resetting the headset and repairing synapse 4. Bass boost also happens to not work, along with it using the default audio eq instead of the one I made.
