Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense
Hi, I recently bought a pair of Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense and I use them to my PC. They work very well, but when I use discord or I play games like Valorant or FiveM they make crackling sounds randomly. I tried everything I read on all the threads and the official Razer site
Should I send the headset for warranty?
So do they only do it on certain games or does the crackling happen to any audio? I have the same headset and mine seems to have popping noises. Like the audio constantly makes a pop noise...almost like it is switching gears or something. I'm not sure if I'd classify it as crackling since it isn't obnoxious, but it's noticable and definitely ruins immersion.

Okay so I don't have that issue as of right now. I only hear slight popping every once in awhile. That sounds like you need to get a replacement. If you've tried every fix in the book and it still does that, definitely get a new headset. You can try it with other computers or your phone if you have a adapter.

If you guys have tried clean installing Razer synapse and reinstalling drivers...as well as trying the headset on different devices...then I'd ask for a replacement.
Try to turn off "vibrations".
mini2109That is not a valid fix, as that is the main feature of the headset. If it is the haptics, I'd still get a replacement.

It's hard to describe.

I listened to the audio file that GARNETPeachYellowaero575 posted and I have the same sound issue on my headset. A crackling, beeping sound like a morse code kind of sound. Has Razer done anything regarding this issue?
My Kraken V3 Pro has the same problem after updating the firmware, the headphones suddenly turn off. During the game Valorant or other games

i have the same problem with normal kraken v3 headset and it's really annoying for me it happens very randomly
for 5-10 seconds and back to normal in my country the warranty is not working well usually they blame you for the fault and not rma it :(
