Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense Connection/Detection Issue

I have a Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense headset. It was working perfectly fine, but my computer suddenly stopped recognizing it. Thinking it might be a hardware malfunction, I checked the motherboard settings in the BIOS, but it wasn't listed as a connected device there either. However, when I plugged it into a different computer, it worked without any issues. When I plugged it back into my own PC, it started working again, but after a system restart or a short period of use, the PC stops recognizing it once more. Plugging it into another PC and then back into mine only provides a temporary fix.

To troubleshoot the issue, I have already tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the headset drivers. In addition to that, I disabled the USB power management settings in Device Manager, performed a clean uninstallation and reinstallation of the Razer Synapse software, and tested the headset on various different USB ports directly on the back of the motherboard. Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the problem.

What else can I do to permanently resolve this issue? I have a lot of data and a complex setup on my computer, so formatting and reinstalling Windows is an absolute last resort for me. I would deeply appreciate any advanced troubleshooting steps that do not require a clean installation

Hi mehmetcanYT,

Because your Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense works flawlessly on another computer, your headset hardware is perfectly fine. The symptom where it "temporarily works" after being plugged into a different PC points to a cached USB device descriptor corruption or an active inf-driver mismatch on your main machine. When Windows loses track of the hardware handshake, it completely stops polling the device, which is why it even vanishes from your BIOS view (as the motherboard's USB controller is caching a bad state until forced to reset). I can walk you through using the official Razer Driver Clean-up Tool.
