Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense Driver Update Error: 'Please reconnect your device and click retry'

I am encountering the same error while trying to update the driver for my Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense headset: "Please reconnect your device and click retry". Even though my device is properly connected to the computer, this error keeps appearing.

  • The headset is correctly connected and functioning, but I continue to receive this error during the driver update process.

  • I’ve tried different USB ports, and there seems to be no connection issue between the headset and the computer.

  • I’ve updated the Razer Synapse software, but the issue persists.

  • I also tried unplugging and re-plugging the headset, but the same error appears.

Could you please assist me? pls

Hey ​@Darkzzers,
Did you update the firmware of your headset by downloading and following the steps from this link? If yes, can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the update issue?
