Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense Firmware update error and 7.1 issue.

I own a Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense.
When I try to update the firmware, I get the error “Please reconnect your device and click retry.” Can you help me find a solution?

Also, you can see my Synapse app in the image, but it looks like a tab related to 7.1 is missing. Can you tell me how to fix it or if it's normal?

Regarding the 7.1 Surround Sound, your Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense includes THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse. You can use the instructions in this article as your guide to configure THX Spatial Audio for headsets. All the best!
