Both plastic parts are cracked (the ones with “HYPERSENSE” logo). I’am very disappointed about that, because I used them with so much caution. Is is obviously that the plastic is subdimmensioned and in time will brake without any abusive usage. There are a lot of people with cracked plastic parts…
Is there any chance to buy and replace those plastic parts (or maybe receive them as warranty)?

Let me check on your headset. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send photos of the broken part and your receipt/invoice so I can validate your warranty entitlement. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
