Hello Razer Support,
I recently purchased a Razer Kraken V3 HyperSense from a local computer store in Pakistan. The headset was brand new and came in its original sealed box.
The headset is working perfectly. It is detected by Windows and Razer Synapse, and all features, including RGB lighting and HyperSense, function correctly. However, when I try to register the product or verify the serial number on the Razer website, I receive a message stating that the serial number is not recognized. I was registering it to obtain the 7.1 surround activation code
I would appreciate it if you could verify my serial number and let me know if there is an issue with the registration database. I can provide the following if needed:
- Photos of the headset
- Photos of the serial number label on the headset and the box
