Razer kraken v3 hypersense turns off if I use hypersense

After a recent firmware update, I'm experiencing a problem with my headphones. When I enable the hypersense feature, the headphones constantly turn off and on. 
The headphones keep turning on and off, but if I disable the feature, they work perfectly. I've never had this issue before, but it started after the update. I purchased these headphones specifically for the hypersense feature, which allows me to listen to music.

Does the issue persist while the headset is connected to another USB port of the PC (if feasible)? Ensure to plug the headset directly into your computer’s USB port, not on a USB hub, to isolate the issue properly. Otherwise, you can try removing all Razer-related files from your PC by downloading the Razer Driver Clean-up tool. Once done, restart your computer, then reinstall the Razer Synapse and its updates.
