Razer kraken v3 hypersense turns off then i use hypersense

Hello, there is such a problem that when you turn on the vibration function in kraken V3 Hypersense to the maximum when you listen to music, and when the bass part starts in the music, the headphones turn off. What could be the problem? At a low /medium vibration level, there is no such thing

      I hve the same problem… i almost gave up but since this headphones are not cheap and started testing again… what i realize is that i can incrase the volume as i want while haptics are off, but with haptics on they shut down at a certain level… if haptics are on  high level the will shot down almost for sure regardless the volume… while haptics are medium they tolerate between around 50% of volumen and when they are low they tolerate around 75%… this was tested on a high-bass playlist on spotify…. i have updated the sofrware delete it all hard reset them reinstall the firmware and the problem stands still… i tried closing synapse but the problem persists
