Razer Kraken V3 mic is bad, muffled, and has static

I don't know is the headphones came wrong but the mic on these headhpones sounds horrible, my previous razer krakens sounded much better than this and I can't find the issue. Any help?

    Hello there! Thank you for posting your Razer Kraken V3 X's concern to our support board. By the way, have you tried connecting the headset to a different computer or USB port and see if the issue persists? Also, were there any incidents that happened to the device or on the cable itself?
