Hello. From Yesterday, i own this headset. But since then i have audio issues.



1. When i hit pause on YT/Spotify and wait few sec, and then hit resume - audio not working. Not at all, not even system sounds, nothing.



2. I had some weird background hissing/echo sound, but after few reinstalls it seems ok.



3. Mic quality is terrible. Friends told me that its like im speaking through silk or someting like that. Puting down that mic foam isnt helping.



Im extremely unhappy with this bugs. I uninstalled Razer drivers multiple times (clean installs, clean registry etc), updated all my drivers - noting helps. Temporary fix is that i change profile in Synapse 3. Sometimes even that not helping, and i must restart headset or even unplug that usb reciever (im near the reciever, its like max 1m away from me). This is first time i have sound issues on this PC so i dont thing its by my pc.



Is there some fix for this ? or i just refunds them and never try Razer again ?

Try to update the driver of the headset and make sure the Synapse application and your PC is up to date as well. Get the firmware updater here for further isolation. If you're experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you address the audio bugs problem.
