Razer Kraken v3 Pro balance / haptical feedback problems

Hello, i've come across the following problems with my Kraken v3 Pro: • When i use the volume wheel on the headset the balances shifts, it seems the left speaker tends do be a little more quiet until it reaches the maximum volume setting, regarding to the wheel on the headset. At maximum it seems to be evenly balanced / centered again. This occurs when connected to my PC and also when i use it with my phone. • Sometimes the sound gets very .... robotic / metallic, this doesn't occur that often but i don't think thats the way it was intended. • When using the Headset with my pc the sound randomly stops working. From one second to another there is silence. Restarting the Headset resolves the issue. I would be happy to get some help resolving these issues. Greetings!

I contacted the razer support about this issue. I guess this thread can be closed now.

Hi! Did you managed to sort out off balance issue?! Just bought same headset and have same problem. what I did found is that problem is there while using wireless with dongle on PC and PS5. when I use 3,5mm jack, it stays centre all the time..

Hello! Thanks for your reply. Since i wasn't able to connect it anymore after my post, Razer is going to replace the headset for me. It should arrive next monday. After reading your reply i'm worried this could be a way more common problem then i thought it was.
