Hi, I just bought a used Razer Kraken V3 Pro. Everything works normally except for the HyperSense feature. When I listen at full volume with haptics enabled (Low, Medium, or High), the battery drains extremely fast. Even at 100% battery, it lasts only about half an hour to one hour. Is this normal behavior, or could my battery be faulty? Could there be another cause?
