Hi i have a Razer kraken v3 pro and since i buyed them i have disconnection problem then i see topic in the reddit and one guy gived that link https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6091 for the updating firmware i did this then my headphones stopped connecting completely please help
