razer kraken v3 pro dongle not working stopped working

my razer kraken v3 pro dongle is no longer working is there a posibility to get an replacment dongle

the headset still works however no matter what i do the dongle does not get dictected by pc

I understand that your Razer Kraken V3 Pro dongle is no longer being detected. To help narrow down the issue, could you please confirm the following: 


1. Is the dongle detected in Device Manager when connected to your PC?

2. Is the headset detected in Device Manager when connected through other available connection modes?

3. Have you tried connecting the dongle to different USB ports?

4. Have you tested the dongle on another PC to see if the same issue occurs?

5. Does the headset work normally through wired mode?
